Role Description The Actor Model role at LERNX HIRING 25_AK is a full-time remote position focused on performing in educational and promotional media content for the Lernx platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting scripts, portraying characters that align with educational or marketing goals, and collaborating with content creators, directors, and production teams to deliver engaging video and digital assets. The role involves participating in rehearsals, providing input on creative direction, and maintaining consistent performance quality across multiple takes and formats. The Actor Model may also support social media campaigns, live or recorded sessions, and brand storytelling initiatives, ensuring that the portrayal of Lernx’s values and messaging remains authentic and learner-centric. This position requires reliable remote availability, professional communication, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong acting and modeling skills, including script interpretation, character portrayal, on-camera presence, and comfort performing in front of a camera.
- Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, such as clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to take direction and incorporate feedback from creative and production teams.
- Candidates should possess basic digital and remote work skills, including familiarity with video calls, remote collaboration tools, and the ability to follow technical guidelines for recording or live sessions from a home setup.
- Candidates should possess professional qualities such as reliability, time management, adaptability, and a positive attitude toward working with diverse teams and audiences.
- Previous experience in acting, modeling, performing arts, content creation, or social media influencing is beneficial; familiarity with educational or marketing content and comfort working in a digital learning environment is an advantage.
