Role Description The Actor Model role is a full-time remote position focused on performing in front of the camera for photo shoots, video productions, commercials, social media campaigns, and promotional content. Day-to-day responsibilities include attending virtual castings or auditions, collaborating with photographers, directors, and stylists, and interpreting creative briefs to deliver expressive poses, facial expressions, and character portrayals. The Actor Model will maintain a professional online presence, participate in remote rehearsals or creative planning sessions, and respond promptly to booking inquiries and agency communications. The role also involves preparing for projects by reviewing scripts or storyboards, practicing lines or scenes when required, and maintaining a consistent, reliable schedule for remote engagements. The successful candidate will represent the agency’s brand values, follow project guidelines, and contribute to a respectful and inclusive working environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to perform for camera, including acting, posing, and expressing a range of emotions and characters.
- Comfort with remote work, including access to reliable internet, basic home setup suitable for virtual auditions, and ability to follow digital instructions.
- Professional communication skills, including timely responses to agency and client requests and ability to take direction constructively.
- Strong sense of body and facial awareness, with an understanding of posture, movement, and presentation suitable for still and video shoots.
- Consistency, reliability, and punctuality, with the ability to manage a full-time schedule and multiple projects.
- Openness to feedback, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to different styles, themes, and brand requirements.
- Prior experience in modeling, acting, or performing arts is beneficial but not strictly required; portfolios or showreels are an advantage.
