Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Actor role based in Noida. The Actor will collaborate closely with directors, writers, and the production team to bring scripted characters to life in short films, web content, branded content, documentaries, and developing feature projects. Daily responsibilities include rehearsing lines and scenes, participating in table reads, taking direction during shoots, and adapting performances to different camera setups and production environments. The role also involves attending casting sessions, workshops, and rehearsals, maintaining professional conduct on set, and contributing creatively to character development and storytelling. The Actor is expected to be punctual, prepared for shoots, and able to work flexible hours based on production schedules.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong performance skills in Acting and Drama, with the ability to portray diverse characters and emotions authentically.
- Candidates should possess skills in Casting and collaboration with casting teams, including audition preparation and the ability to take feedback constructively.
- Candidates should possess foundational understanding of Film Production processes, including on-set etiquette and working effectively with crew and creative departments.
- Candidates should possess musical or vocal abilities in Music where relevant to roles, including rhythm, voice control, or performance for musical or performance-based projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative, creative environment.
- Ability to memorize scripts efficiently, take direction, and adjust performances quickly based on creative feedback.
- Prior theater, film, or digital content acting experience is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is highly beneficial.
- Formal training in acting, drama, or performing arts (from workshops, institutes, or academies) is an advantage but not mandatory for highly talented candidates.
