Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for an Activity In-Charge at Amity Group of Schools, located in Gwalior. The role involves planning, organizing, and managing school activities and events that promote holistic education and student engagement. The candidate will coordinate with teachers, staff, and external providers to ensure the successful execution of extracurricular programs, cultivate student talent, and encourage participation in inter-school events and competitions. Ongoing monitoring of activity progress and fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment are essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Event planning, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple school activities
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in scheduling, resource allocation, and time management
- Creative thinking to design engaging and educational extracurricular programs
- Dedication to fostering inclusivity and supporting student development
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Event Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably working with educational institutions, is highly advantageous
