Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Activity Executive. The Activity Executive will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing guest activities and events to provide a memorable and engaging experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing tailored activity programs, coordinating with guests and vendors, ensuring smooth execution of events, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in planning day today indoor activities, outdoor, adventure and beach activities and coordination, and time management
- Communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to effectively engage with guests
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities for managing 100+ activities in a day and designing unique corporate team building activities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and manage activities team aswell.
- Attention to detail and the ability to adapt plans according to guest preferences
- Prior experience in the Recreation Department and planning indoor and outdoor activities fir FITs and Corporates.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field is desirable
- Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences and promoting cultural and recreational activities
