Role Description
The Activities Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore North. This role includes planning, organizing, and overseeing recreational and leisure activities for guests, ensuring a memorable experience. The manager will collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction through curated experiences, oversee the daily operations of activity programs, and ensure safety and compliance with standards. Other responsibilities include team supervision, budget management for activities, and working closely with guests to tailor programs that align with diverse interests and cultural insights.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and planning skills for managing diverse activities and creating well-structured programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Experience in event planning, customer service, and hospitality management
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations for recreational activities
- Understanding and appreciation of local culture and traditions to craft meaningful guest experiences
- Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Event Planning, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in the hospitality or leisure industry is highly desirable
