About the role
As Product Manager, Engagement, you are part of a team responsible for driving the success of various engagement initiatives on Call of Duty: Mobile. This includes systems outside of the core gameplay such as our progression and social systems, the new & returning player onboarding experience, and reducing technical related pain points that make it harder to get into a match. You will work with analysts and researchers to improve our understanding of engagement opportunities and problems faced by players.
Partnering closely with our development partners at Tencent in China, you will ideate around various engagement improvements, help align on our roadmap, and work to build and launch new engagement initiatives. You will also be responsible for evaluating the performance of your initiatives using A/B tests, analysis, and research, and using those learnings to improve the game in the future. You'll report to the Senior Product Manager who leads the engagement team.
