About the Role:
As one of our founding
GTM Engagement Managers, you’ll be a cornerstone of our CS/CX team — owning the full lifecycle of customer success, building playbooks from scratch, and working cross-functionally to deliver outsized results for our customers.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role that blends relationship management, revenue operations, product insight, and technical fluency. You’ll work closely with Sales, Forward Deployed Engineers, Product Ops, and leadership to ensure customers aren’t just onboarded — they’re transforming how they go to market with Actively.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise customers, embedding with SDR/AE teams and their leaders.
- Define, track, and communicate success metrics and ROI.
- Identify and champion new use cases that expand customer value.
- Partner with Sales, FDEs, and CS leadership to refine and scale customer success playbooks.
- Build and manage enablement programs for SDRs and AEs to ensure they’re fully ramped on Actively.
- Translate frontline feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Implement scalable, repeatable processes for training, feedback collection, and ongoing support.
- Act as a voice of the customer across the company — especially with Product and Engineering.
Who You Are
- 4+ years experience in one or more of the following: B2B RevOps, AE/SDR leadership, CSM, Consulting, or Founder roles.
- Skilled at working cross-functionally with technical teams like Product Engineering and FDEs.
- Fluent in B2B sales workflows and the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc).
- Proficient in SQL with strong analytical instincts.
- A customer-obsessed communicator who thrives on building trust and driving outcomes.
- Excited to build processes from scratch in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and stepping into ambiguity.
Nice to Haves
- Experience at an early-stage startup.
- Proven success scaling customer success programs or playbooks.
- Background in a technical field (CS, Stats, Engineering, Economics, etc).
This Role Is Not a Fit If…
- You aren’t excited to be in-office 5 days/week. We’re flexible when needed, but our default is in-person collaboration.
- You want to operate within mature processes — we’re still building and iterating fast.
- You prefer clear-cut roles and responsibilities over high ownership and cross-functional work.
- You’re looking for a traditional 9-to-5 role.

The salary range for this full-time position based in New York is: $100K - $160K. This position is eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Actively AI's applicable plans. Actively AI offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: health, dental and vision insurance, retirement benefits, and unlimited PTO.
