Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Engineer – EUC with strong expertise in enterprise identity and Windows infrastructure. The role involves designing, managing, and securing large-scale Active Directory environments along with supporting Exchange and identity services across enterprise ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, manage, and govern enterprise Active Directory (AD) architecture across multi-domain and multi-site environments
Define and enforce OU structure, GPO standards, trust relationships, FSMO roles, and AD Sites & Services configuration
Implement security baselines, hardening policies, privileged access controls, and ensure compliance with audit requirements
Manage and support Exchange environments (On-Prem, Hybrid, and Online) including mail flow, security, and compliance configurations
Operate and maintain Enterprise PKI infrastructure, including certificate lifecycle management and identity services (Kerberos, LDAP, NTLM, trusts)
Handle incident management, RCA, change management, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives under CAB governance
Support disaster recovery planning, DR switchovers, and validation of recovery processes
Provide technical leadership, documentation, and mentoring to junior engineers
Ensure stable operation of Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022)
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Windows / Microsoft infrastructure engineering
Strong expertise in Active Directory architecture and administration
Deep knowledge of enterprise identity services and authentication protocols
Experience with Exchange Server (On-Prem/Hybrid/Online)
Strong understanding of PKI infrastructure and certificate management
Hands-on experience in incident, change, and release management processes
Expertise in Windows Server administration (2012–2022)
Strong knowledge of security hardening, compliance, and audit remediation
Good-to-Have Skills
Advanced knowledge of Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and identity management
Experience in Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA) strategies
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and operational efficiency
