Job Title: Active Directory Hardening Engineer
Location: India (Remote)
Employment Type: Full Time/Contract
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Active Directory Hardening Engineer to help us in our journey of improving the security posture of our Active Directory infrastructures. This role requires expertise in Active Directory and its security.
This role may involve working with or supporting one of MatchPoint Solutions’ client organizations
Responsibilities:
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Analyze, identify and rollout hardening measure on lower and production domains.
- Lead security projects related to the Active Directory such as the removal of legacy protocols (SMBV1, NTLMV1, LDAP)
- Understand and deploy Least Privilege approach.
- Understand and deploy Zero Trust posture.
- Monitor bad security events and provide incidence response procedures.
Required Technical Skills:
- Expert-level Active Directory administration.
- AD security hardening techniques.
- Good experience AD security tooling (Semperis DSP, Forest Druid, Defender for identity….)
- Knowledge around Identity lifecycle management.
- Power Shell Scripting
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Active Directory infrastructure and its security.
- Candidate must have good past experience on Active Directory hardening projects.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts
- Experience with change management processes
