Active Directory Services Consultant -
- Guide team to Install, Configure, and troubleshoot Active Directory Forest & Domain functional levels Windows Server 2012R2 – 2016 Domain Controllers
- Guide team to Install, Configure and Troubleshoot DNS services, user authentication services, DFS management, Group Policy Management, and other operational Active Directory services where needed
- Work on Microsoft On Demand Assessment tooling, with the ability to work remediation recommendations for securing the domain
- Advanced PowerShell skills to be utilized for monitoring, domain extract, and automating Active Directory team processes
- Implement, monitor, maintain, and improve Active Directory design, Schema, OU design, AD replication topology, and understand DC backup/restore procedures
- Java Scripting for use in the PAC file management space
- External and Internal Certificate management
- Assist with high severity incidents
- Manage and execute high risk AD change work
- Root cause analysis of high severity incidents for the visibility of senior stake holders
Identity Services Consultant -
- Perform the following roles utilizing high level of knowledge within Azure Active Directory and/or Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) including
- Manage MIM attribute flows, Rules extensions including creating new management agents
- MIM Portal configuration including Management Policy Rules, Sets and manage Share Point components
- Guide team to Design MIM workflows from scratch to match business process
- Guide team to Design end to end MIM Portal workflows / roles including security model from scratch
- Code MIM sync managements and workflows including rules extensions in Visual Studio
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Design a Microsoft SQL database as required for the JML systems
- Design different sync jobs, reports via SoftwareIDM Identity Panel
- Manage and resolve data issues with MIM syncs / sync errors
- Configure and troubleshoot Azure active directory including:
- Conditional access
- Multi-factor authentication
- Microsoft Graph
- Identity Governance
- Entitlement Management
- Privileged Identity Management
- Identity Protection
- License management
- SSO configuration
- Workload identities
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Azure AD Connect
- Working knowledge of zero trust principles
- Configure Azure Sentinel and Log analytics as needed
- Advanced PowerShell skills to be utilised for monitoring, data extraction and automating processes
- Assist with high severity incidents using Azure Active Directory / MIM knowledge Execute high risk change work
- Perform detailed root cause analysis of high severity incidents for the visibility of senior stakeholders
Technical Lead:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of Active Directory and IAM services
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance standards, and security protocols across all IAM systems and components.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for capacity planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and generate actionable insights to optimize infrastructure efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements
- Manage various stake holders within client organization to facilitate best customer satisfaction for the team
- Facilitate audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews in collaboration with governance and security teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
- Participate in strategic planning for IAM systems modernization, cloud migration, and automation initiatives.
Minimum Qualification:
- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
