Satisfaction Research Associate - Utah, Spanish Speaking

The Opportunity

Want to help make a difference in the customer experience in senior care? Our Satisfaction Research Center Associate's (SRCA) conduct brief phone surveys which gather feedback about the experience people have had at different types of healthcare facilities. You will be speaking directly to the resident or their responsible party, asking about their experiences. Their tasks include preparing a survey script, performing and submitting the survey.

We perform many different types of surveys, all related to senior-care patient satisfaction. We call outbound to the entire continental United States and Puerto Rico.

SRCA's are expected to maintain a consistent rhythm of dialing and to adhere to an efficient system of call preparation which will be covered during the training process.

This is a work from home and will require stable internet and a quiet environment. Activated Insights will provide all other necessary equipment. We are not able to pursue international candidates or candidates working outside the state of Utah at this time.

Responsibilities

• Performing of a wide range of surveys
• Dictation of answers during a live survey
• Typing Speed at least 55 wpm is preferred
• Accurately conducting a survey eligibility check to a list of possible respondents
• Tracking of performance and hours
• Basic computer literacy required
• Bilingual SRCA (English/Spanish)

• Organization skills
• High attention to detail
• Commitment to efficiency and accuracy
• Previous surveying experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Adherence to scripting and other Quality Assurance rules
• Spanish and English proficiency
  
  

Shifts available Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM shift.
