Actual Pay Range: $ 16.38 – $17.69

Job Purpose:
Provides Energy Asssistance Program intake services at multiple sites as assigned for approximately nine months per year. Duties may include data entry, data monitoring,, completion of online and manual forms, compilation of reports, customer service, quality control, and other general clerical duties.
Specific Requirements:
Knowledge: Computer operation; data entry, proper interaction with client population; organizational skills; excellent customer service skills, effective communication skills;
Language: English
Guidelines: Guidelines for each fund source vary.
Complexity: Moderately complex at times, due to necessity of working on multiple projects at once.
Scope: General clerical, customer service, data entry
Environment: Office environment.
Contacts: Clients, Community Partners, Service Center and Administrative Staff
Physical: Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
Travel: Occasional local travel and must maintain a private automobile with proper liability insurance and a Georgia Driver’s License.

- Responsible for completing clerical tasks as assigned by supervisor. These tasks will include filing, data entry, data collection, compilation of data for reports, completion of client applications, monitoring, quality control, and other general office duties.
- Provide quality customer service to external and internal customers
- Responsible for maintaining client confidentiality at all times.
- Responsible for all agency assets assigned.
- Responsible for collecting information and preparing reports as assigned.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe facility.
- Attend and participate in training as assigned.
