About the role

What The Role Is

To manage the registry processes of the electronic filing system, ensuring they are robust and streamlined. To leverage on technologies such as automated testing to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of product development. To enhance the system design and processes to deliver high-quality and efficient services, thereby supporting ACRA in its goal of being a leading business registry and providing an outstanding user experience.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria that guide the development team in delivering high-quality features.
  • Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog and roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Review and analyse existing system design and business processes to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for optimization to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve or redesign system and business processes and define requirements for system enhancements.
  • Oversee the implementation of new or revised system changes, business rules and processes.
  • Build the knowledge base and leverage on automated testing to improve the testing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure that acceptance criteria are understood and can be effectively translated into test cases.
  • Perform user acceptance testing of the system and have a clear understanding of the acceptance criteria and are equipped with the necessary information to validate the functionality against user stories.
  • Monitor transactions following the implementation of system or process changes to ensure proper performance
  • Identify gaps and risks in design and processes
  • Implement appropriate measures or controls to close the gaps and mitigate the risks


What We Are Looking For

  • Professional Qualification in Business Analytics / Information Technology or related discipline
  • Min 2 years of experience with product development, business process analysis and system implementation
