As we scale our app ecosystem, subscriptions, AI-driven personalization, and global user base, we are looking for a highly analytical and growth-focused Acquisition Manager to drive user acquisition, subscriber growth, and scalable performance marketing operations.
Role Overview
The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving new user growth across paid and organic channels while optimizing CAC, install quality, subscriber conversion, and marketing efficiency.
This role combines performance marketing, growth analytics, creative coordination, attribution analysis, and funnel optimization.
The ideal candidate understands mobile app acquisition, subscription growth mechanics, paid media ecosystems, attribution systems, and user conversion funnels.
Key Responsibilities
User Acquisition Strategy
- Build and execute scalable user acquisition strategies.
- Drive app installs, subscriber growth, and qualified user acquisition.
- Identify high-performing acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
- Scale acquisition campaigns while maintaining healthy CAC and LTV ratios.
Paid Acquisition Management
- Manage paid acquisition campaigns across:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Apple Search Ads
- YouTube
- Display networks
- Native advertising platforms
- Optimize campaigns for:
- Installs
- Subscriber conversions
- Cost efficiency
- Retention quality
- Monitor ROAS, CPI, CPA, and conversion metrics continuously.
Organic Growth & ASO Support
- Support organic app growth initiatives.
- Collaborate on App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies.
- Improve app listing visibility and conversion performance.
- Analyze keyword opportunities and store performance metrics.
Creative Coordination
- Liaison with creative and content teams for:
- Ad creatives
- Video previews
- Store assets
- Banners
- Landing pages
- Performance marketing creatives
- Ensure creatives align with emotional engagement and conversion goals.
- Continuously test new creative concepts and messaging angles.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Analyze user acquisition funnels from:
- Impression
- Click
- Install
- Activation
- Subscription
- Retention
- Identify drop-off points and optimization opportunities.
- Work closely with product and retention teams to improve onboarding and conversion rates.
Attribution & Analytics
- Monitor acquisition performance using attribution and analytics tools.
- Track:
- CAC
- CPI
- CPA
- Subscriber conversion rate
- ROAS
- LTV
- Install-to-subscription conversion
- Cohort quality
- Generate actionable insights for growth optimization.
Experimentation & Scaling
- Conduct A/B testing for:
- Creatives
- Audiences
- Ad copy
- Landing pages
- Store listings
- Funnel flows
- Identify scalable winning campaigns and channels.
- Continuously improve marketing efficiency and subscriber quality.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with:
- Product teams

- Tech Ops teams
- Ensure accurate attribution, tracking implementation, and campaign execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in:
