Role Description
Looking to onboard a Client Acquisition Manager to work closely with our Private Banking team.
This role sits at the front-end of our client franchise—driving outreach and opening doors for our Relationship Managers to engage with high-quality HNI/UHNI clients.
What the role involves:
* Initiating conversations with prospective clients and setting up meetings for Private Banking RMs
* Driving structured outreach across curated networks
* Building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
* Working closely with RMs to convert conversations into long-term relationships
Who we’re looking for:
* Strong communicators who are confident on calls and in client interactions
* Highly driven individuals comfortable with outreach-heavy roles
* Someone looking to build a career in wealth management and client-facing roles
This is a high-ownership role with direct exposure to the Private Banking ecosystem.

This is a full-time on-site role, based in New Delhi. The Acquisition Manager will focus on identifying and acquiring new high-net-worth clients, building strong relationships, and understanding their unique financial needs. Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship and client acquisition skills
- Proficient in financial planning and investment strategies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and client needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in wealth management, investment banking, or a similar field
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance is an advantage
