Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an Acquisition Manager. The Acquisition Manager will develop strategies to acquire new customers, create and maintain effective relationships, and expand the bank’s client base. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, driving revenue generation, meeting individual and team sales goals, and ensuring compliance with all banking policies and procedures. Collaboration with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding will be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills to identify, drive, and close acquisition opportunities
- Customer Relationship Management experience for handling existing and new clients effectively
- Knowledge of Banking Policies and Regulations to ensure compliance in all operations
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to connect with diverse clients and collaborate with internal teams
- Proficiency in planning and executing client engagement strategies
- Relevant prior experience in the financial or banking sector is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
