Role Description
The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and building client relationships to expand the bank’s portfolio. Key tasks include identifying and acquiring potential clients, cross-selling financial products, ensuring excellent customer service, and adhering to the bank's operational policies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, where the candidate will interact with customers and leverage local opportunities to meet sales targets and contribute to the branch’s growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer acquisition skills
- Proficiency in client relationship management and cross-selling of financial products
- Basic knowledge of banking, financial products, and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work target-driven in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proven problem-solving skills and an aptitude for managing customer queries efficiently
- Experience in retail banking, financial consultancy, or customer-focused roles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
