Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead the execution of growth initiatives for MFD (Mutual Fund Distributor) acquisition. This role involves close cross-functional collaboration, rigorous tracking of key metrics, and ensuring strong outcomes across onboarding, activation, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end execution of go-to-market (GTM) initiatives to support MFD acquisition and growth
• Track and monitor key performance metrics including onboarding, activation, and revenue growth
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR
• Plan and execute campaigns, webinars, events, and outreach programs to generate and nurture leads
• Manage the complete lead funnel from generation to conversion and activation
• Ensure strong CRM discipline, including accurate reporting, timely follow-ups, and data hygiene
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance execution efficiency
Key Requirements
• 3–7 years of experience in project management, GTM strategy, or business coordination roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High ownership with a strong execution and follow-through mindset
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate across multiple teams
• Data-driven approach with strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
• Prior experience in Fintech, Mutual Fund, or Wealth Management industry is preferred
