Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amritsar for an Acquisition Manager – Corporate Salary. The role focuses on the acquisition of new corporate clients for the bank’s salary account segment. Responsibilities include identifying and developing a pipeline of potential clients, organizing corporate presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients. The role also involves understanding clients' needs and providing them with tailored financial solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain documentation, and adhere to compliance measures.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including relationship building, lead generation, and prospecting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage corporate clients effectively.
- Knowledge of banking products and services, with an understanding of corporate salary accounts and financial solutions.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and MS Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets, handle high-pressure environments, and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and propose solutions.
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields; MBA would be an advantage.
- Prior experience in corporate sales or banking is highly desirable.
