Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Acquisition Lead at RBL Bank. The Acquisition Lead will oversee and execute strategic efforts to drive customer acquisitions for the bank. Responsibilities include identifying new acquisition opportunities, conducting market research for competitive insights, managing acquisition programs, and ensuring optimal alignment with business goals. Additionally, the role involves building and nurturing effective communication strategies to foster prospective client relationships and expand the customer base.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Expertise in developing and executing Acquisitions strategies and plans
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage and build relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Program Management to design and run acquisition campaigns
- Experience in Market Research to provide data-driven insights for decision-making
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in the banking, financial services, or related sectors is a plus
- Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
