We're Hiring: Google Ads Specialist

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our performance marketing team. If you live and breathe Google Ads, love optimizing campaigns, and want your income to reflect the results you deliver, this role is for you.
What You Will Own:
- Build, manage and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Optimize bidding strategies, ad copy, extensions, and landing pages to lower CPA and maximize ROAS.
- Run A/B tests and continuously improve conversion rates.
- Analyze performance using Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, and other BI tools.
- Provide clear weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative and web teams to improve ad creatives and user experience.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search is a must).
- Strong track record in managing sizable budgets with proven high ROAS and profitable results (case studies required).
- Expert in campaign structure, bidding strategies (tROAS, tCPA, Maximize Conversion Value, etc.), negative keywords, and audience segmentation.
- Proficient in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and CRO.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent English communication (both written and spoken).
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work remotely effectively.

Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an Acquisition Channel Executive. The Acquisition Channel Executive will develop and manage lead generation strategies across multiple channels to attract new customers and expand market presence. Daily responsibilities include identifying target segments, optimizing acquisition campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and refining tactics based on data-driven insights. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to align acquisition efforts with business objectives and solution offerings. The Acquisition Channel Executive will also nurture prospects through the funnel, prepare regular performance reports, and recommend improvements to enhance conversion and customer lifetime value.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and optimize customer acquisition performance.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights and recommendations clearly.
- Proven experience in lead generation and customer acquisition, preferably in B2B or professional services environments.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to support pipeline growth, qualify leads, and work closely with sales teams.
- Experience with digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., email, paid media, CRM, marketing automation) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Familiarity with technology or ERP solutions; experience in Public Sector or Utilities is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
