ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a performance-focused Google & Meta Ads Specialist who can take full ownership of paid media campaigns and drive measurable growth across digital channels.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and scaling campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network).
From strategy and budget allocation to creative testing and performance analysis, your focus will be on improving lead generation, sales, and overall ROAS.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will develop and manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, ensuring campaigns are structured for scalability and clear attribution.
You will build full-funnel strategies, covering awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention, while continuously optimizing bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and creatives to hit CPA, ROAS, and CAC targets.
You will run structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences, while also managing search terms, negative keywords, and audience exclusions to improve performance efficiency.
You will build and refine custom audiences, lookalike segments, retargeting pools, and RLSA strategies, while working closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives across different formats.
You will take ownership of tracking and analytics, including setting up and validating tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API, as well as implementing advanced tracking solutions where needed.
You will build dashboards and deliver clear performance reports, translating data into actionable insights that drive growth.
You will manage budgets across campaigns and platforms, allocating spend based on performance and forecasting outcomes using historical data.

REQUIREMENTS
You have at least 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with experience handling meaningful budgets (typically $10K+ monthly).
You have a proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns across eCommerce, SaaS, lead generation, or service-based businesses.
You understand how to work with Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Meta campaign structures in practice — not just in theory.
You are comfortable working with tracking systems such as GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI, and UTM parameters, and understand how attribution impacts performance decisions.
You have strong analytical skills, are confident working with data (Excel or Google Sheets), and can make decisions based on insights rather than assumptions.
You understand keyword research, audience targeting, creative testing, and landing page optimization.
You can communicate clearly, especially when explaining performance and recommendations.
