Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Acoustic Engineer to join our team in a flexible (remote or hybrid) capacity. The role involves conducting acoustic study (for spaces, equipment, services), acoustic measurements, designing and implementing architectural acoustic solutions. You will contribute to R&D initiatives, apply advanced processing techniques and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client-focused solutions that enhance comfort, safety and performance in construction and infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Acoustic softwares and Measurement tools (INSUL, CadnaA, SoundPLAN, ODEON, Pottorff, Zorba, Class 1 Sound Level Meters, Acoustic Calibrators, Measurement Microphones, etc.)
- Familiarity with international standards (ISO, ANSI, BS) for acoustics and building systems.
- Experience with simulation and modeling software for architectural acoustics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to deliver practical solutions.
- Experience in Acoustic Engineering and Research & Development (R&D) processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Acoustics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with construction and infrastructure project requirements in GCC is an advantage.
- Self-driven, detailed-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work in a remote environment.
