Key Responsibilities
• Oversee acoustics, noise & vibration control design development and integration across disciplines.
• Lead coordination and resolution of complex acoustics design issues.
• Engage directly with clients to present designs and receive feedback.
• Guide design teams to ensure quality, compliance, and innovation.
• Develop acoustics design documentation including drawings and reports.
• Foster collaboration across project teams to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Promote best practices in acoustics, noise & vibration control design and sustainability.
• Support junior and mid-level architects’ professional development.

Qualifications (Minimum education, certifications, experience)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering, with basicKnowledge of Acoustics, Noise & Vibration Control.
- 8+ years of experience in acoustics design with demonstrated project leadership; advanced BIM and advanced acoustic design tools.
Skill & Competencies
- Oversees project components, manages complexity, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures team performance.
