- Own full-cycle sales for mid-market to enterprise accounts - including prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiations, and closing
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound efforts, partnerships, and inbound conversion
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders including business, product, and data teams
- Support consultative sales cycles by understanding customer use cases and aligning them with product capabilities
- Clearly communicate the value of AI, automation, and data-driven solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate closely with the founding sales leader on deal strategy and execution
- Contribute to refining GTM messaging, sales collateral, and processes in an early-stage environment
- Provide structured feedback from customers to product and engineering teams
- 2-5 years of experience in SaaS, technology, or consultative sales roles
- Exposure to enterprise or complex B2B sales (experience in India enterprise sales is a strong plus)
- Strong communication and storytelling ability, with comfort speaking to diverse stakeholders
- Curious and willing to learn - especially around AI, data platforms, and modern tech stacks
- Demonstrates hustle, ownership, and a "figure-it-out" mindset in ambiguous environments
- Highly coachable and eager to grow into a top-performing enterprise seller
