Service Agreement Renewal Sales Agent – Orlando, FL
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused ASA Renewal Agent to join our team! In this role, you’ll connect with existing customers to help them renew their annual service agreements, ensuring they continue to receive the coverage and support they need. What You’ll Do
- Contact existing customers to remind them to renew their service agreements
- Follow up on accounts and maintain consistent communication
- Reach out to customers with past-due balances and collect payments
- Process payments (credit card/check) over the phone
- Accurately document customer interactions and account updates
- Explain plan coverage, pricing, and limitations clearly
- Resolve account issues and ensure balances are up to date
- Create service tickets when needed
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales and performance goals
- Work collaboratively with team members and support a positive work environment

What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years of related sales or call center experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals in a high-volume contact environment
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally
- Strong attention to detail while navigating computer systems and documenting updates accurately
- Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and maintain resilience while working toward measurable results
- Proficiency with web-based platforms and email applications such as Microsoft Outlook
