Business Development Associate

Responsibilities of the Candidate: Identify, reach out to, and convert new potential customers (colleges, students, and training partners). Execute strategic outreach via cold calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp campaigns, and follow-up calls. Run and manage WhatsApp-based community groups for engagement and campaign sales. Build partnerships with college clubs and student leaders to drive delegate sign-ups. Assist in planning and running campus campaigns. Maintain CRM and provide timely reporting on leads and sales progress. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills Natural flair for sales and persuasion Good understanding of business communication Proficiency in Excel and basic data management Confidence in public speaking and listening Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a startup environment
