About the role

• ACLED is recruiting a Head of HR to oversee ACLED Human Resources. • The Head of HR will supervise recruitment, talent life-cycle and management, retention, professional development, onboarding and offboarding, staff experience and well-being. • Act as a strategic advisor to the Chief of Operations and other leaders of the organization. • Manage HR platforms and vendors, including professional employment organizations. • Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace policies, and organizational culture goals. • Facilitate and support a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Manage employee relations, performance management, staff well-being, and professional development programs.
