Head of HR

• ACLED is recruiting a Head of HR to oversee ACLED Human Resources. • The Head of HR will supervise recruitment, talent life-cycle and management, retention, professional development, onboarding and offboarding, staff experience and well-being. • Act as a strategic advisor to the Chief of Operations and other leaders of the organization. • Manage HR platforms and vendors, including professional employment organizations. • Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace policies, and organizational culture goals. • Facilitate and support a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Manage employee relations, performance management, staff well-being, and professional development programs.

ACLED is an independent, impartial, international non-profit organization that collects data on violent conflict and protest in all countries and territories worldwide. It provides extensive analysis on trends of political violence and protests, offering insights and early warning signs for crisis prediction. ACLED's work includes monitoring elections, conflict dynamics, and tracking political violence.
