Who You Are 0–1 year of experience in software development (internships, projects, or coursework count!). Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving. Familiarity with Java and basic coding practices. Exposure to or interest in databases and Linux/Unix environments. Pursuing or recently completed a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or related field from a reputed institute. What You'll Do Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under the guidance of experienced engineers. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and follow engineering best practices. Collaborate with your team through the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). Work on designing and implementing features or tools as part of larger projects. Contribute to solving real business problems at scale.
