Product Designer 2

At Acko, we are building India's most innovative general insurance company. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team in Bengaluru. As a Senior Product Designer, you will work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Business teams to design innovative insurance products and experiences that delight our customers. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process, from user research and ideation to prototyping and testing. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting user research to understand customer pain points and needs - Ideating and designing innovative insurance products and experiences - Creating high-fidelity prototypes and getting customer feedback - Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure seamless implementation - Continuously iterating and improving the product based on user feedback - Mentoring and guiding junior designers on the team We are looking for someone who has: - 3-5 years of experience in product design, preferably in the insurance or fintech domain - Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and methodologies - Excellent visual design and interaction design skills - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite - Experience in conducting user research and usability testing - Strong communication and collaboration skills - A passion for creating delightful customer experiences
