We are looking for:
ACI Money Transfer - QA Engineer (Payments)
Location: Mexico/ Need Relocators with Active B1/ B2 Visa
Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time
Role Overview
The engineer will validate ACI MTS implementations, ensuring payment accuracy, compliance, performance, and overall system integrity within high-value payment environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute test cases for ACI MTS payment workflows
• Validate SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 messages
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Validate payment routing, settlement logic, and queue prioritization
• Conduct reconciliation testing and SQL data validation
• Perform performance/load testing for high-volume transactions
• Work closely with developers and business analysts
• Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and track resolution
• Support production validation and post-release verification
• Prepare test documentation and reports
Required Skills
4+ years testing ACI MTS or similar payment platforms
Strong understanding of RTGS / high-value payment systems
Experience with SWIFT MT messages & ISO 20022
Integration testing with core banking systems
Strong SQL for backend validation
Experience with , SoapUI, JMeter
Knowledge of payment settlement lifecycle & reconciliation
Understanding of regulatory compliance testing in banking
Preferred
Automation testing (Selenium / API automation)
Performance testing exposure
AML / sanctions testing experience
Experience with central bank or Tier-1 banking environments
Soft Skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work within regulated financial environments
