Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production quality assurance role.
- Proficiency with quality documentation software and data entry.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and non-routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing rework and waste, and inputting data into quality management systems.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality procedures and standards, and escalate any deviations promptly.
- Participate in internal and external audits, supporting compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
