Architect with Exceptional 3D Visualization and Graphics Illustration Skills

ACENZO LLP is seeking a talented and motivated Architect with 3D Visualization and Graphics Illustration skills having 1-10 years of experience, specializing in large scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, with proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software.

Responsibilities

  • Design and create architectural visualizations, including 3D renderings and graphics illustrations, to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Utilize advanced 3D modelling and rendering software to produce high-quality and realistic representations of architectural projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, and clients, to translate design ideas into compelling visual presentations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to 3D visualization and graphics illustration to enhance creative outputs.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in visual communication materials throughout the design process.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues in incorporating 3D visualization techniques into their workflow.
  • Contribute to the development of design proposals, presentations, and project documentation through visually engaging graphics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Proven experience in architectural visualization with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D renderings and graphics illustrations.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modelling and rendering software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray).
  • Exceptional graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of visual quality.
  • Knowledge of architectural principles and design concepts.
