Power BI Developer / Supply Chain Analytics Specialist

We are looking for a Power BI Developer/Supply Chain Analytics Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced analytics solutions using Power BI to drive supply chain efficiency and optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver impactful dashboards and reports. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop visually-appealing, intuitive Power BI dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision making - Gather and analyze complex supply chain data from multiple sources, identify key insights, and translate them into actionable business recommendations - Automate data ingestion, transformation, and modeling processes to ensure timely and reliable analytics - Collaborate with functional teams to understand their analytical needs and translate them into technical solutions - Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices, and continuously enhance the analytics platform - Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of the analytics solutions Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in Power BI development, including data modeling, DAX, and report design - Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and analytics - Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using tools like Power Query - Familiarity with data visualization best practices and the ability to create visually appealing dashboards - Experience in working with large, complex data sets and deriving meaningful insights - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
