<strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Perform repairs and projects in carpentry, tiling, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general handyman trades</li>
<li>Communicate with customers regarding job progress and any changes to scope, labor, or materials</li>
<li>Proactively identify additional repair opportunities and communicate them to customers</li>
<li>Accurately track job details using company-provided software</li>
<li>Provide regular job status updates to the Office Manager</li>
<li>Represent and strengthen the Ace Handyman Services brand through quality craftsmanship and professionalism</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Qualifications & Skills<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time management skills</li>
<li>Professional verbal and written communication abilities</li>
<li>Proven experience as a craftsman or professional handyman preferred</li>
<li>Own tools necessary for carpentry, tiling, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work</li>
<li>Reliable transportation capable of hauling ladders and materials</li>
<li>Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and clean driving record</li>
<li>Professional appearance and strong work ethic</li>
<li>Independent thinker who takes pride in exceeding customer expectations</li>

<strong>Physical Demands<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Ability to lift, carry, pull, or move up to 50 lbs</li>
<li>Ability to climb ladders and stairs while following safety protocols</li>
<li>Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and standing for extended periods</li>
<li>Maintain safe and clean work environments</li>
