<strong>Position Summary:<br></strong><br>
</div><div>We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented drywall installer/finisher to handle a variety of residential and light commercial projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible hours, working independently, and taking pride in high-quality finished work.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Hang, tape, mud, and finish drywall to a professional standard</li>
<li>Patch and repair drywall (holes, water damage, texture matching)</li>
<li>Match existing textures (orange peel, knockdown, smooth finish, etc.)</li>
<li>Prepare surfaces for finishing, including sanding and smoothing</li>
<li>Install corner bead and ensure clean, straight edges</li>
<li>Protect surrounding areas using plastic, drop cloths, and masking</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized job site</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with customers and team members</li>
<li>Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and to company standards</li>

<strong>Qualifications:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Proven experience in drywall installation and finishing</li>
<li>Ability to match textures and deliver paint-ready finishes</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively</li>
<li>Reliable transportation capable of hauling tools and materials</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and clean driving record</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and communication skills</li>
<li>Must pass a background check</li>

<strong>Physical Demands:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Occasionally exert up to 50 pounds of force to lift, carry, pull, or move materials</li>
<li>Ability to hang and finish drywall overhead and on ladders</li>
<li>Climbing stairs and ladders using proper safety measures</li>
<li>Bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and standing for extended periods</li>
<li>Follow worksite safety and cleanliness protocols</li>

<strong>Work Environment:<br></strong><br>

<li>Indoor and outdoor job sites depending on project</li>
<li>Exposure to dust, cold or hot weather, and humid conditions</li>
<li>Moderate noise from tools and equipment</li>
