<strong>Specific Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>5+ years of handyman experience, knowledgeable in multiple trades (e.g. carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, tile, or painting)</li>
<li>Own truck or van and tools</li>
<li>Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record</li>
<li>Collaborative, optimistic, reliable</li>
<li>Strong work ethic of problem-solving skills and professional demeanor</li>
<li>Proven ability to complete jobs independently from start to finish with minimal supervision </li>
<li>Excellent customer service interactions</li>
<li>Great multitasking and prioritization skills</li>
<li>ServiceTitan knowledge, a plus </li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish), a plus</li>
</ul><div> </div><div>Additional Qualifications for this Craftsman Role:</div><ul>
<li>Proper Equipment - Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting Skills - Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.</li>
<li>Excellent Communication Skills - Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.</li>
<li>Be Presentable - Clean-Cut appearance, Decent looking vehicle, Organized tools</li>

<li>Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle. </li>
<li>Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed.</li>
<li>Sometimes, we take the time to fix something small and then point it out to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more.</li>
<li>Someone who is punctual and efficient maintains the highest integrity and strives for top customer satisfaction.</li>
