About the Role
Your Express Solutions LLC is seeking a driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our DSP final mile delivery operations. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, lead supervisors and delivery teams, and ensure safety, performance, and customer satisfaction across the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to balance people leadership, metrics, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily Amazon DSP delivery operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time performance

Coach, develop, and oversee Operations Supervisors, Leads, and Delivery Associates

Drive operational excellence through effective routing, scheduling, staffing, and dispatching

Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure compliance with Amazon DSP standards

Promote and enforce safety, compliance, and quality standards across all operations

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost control, and efficiency gains

Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners

Analyze operational data and reports to support data-driven decision making

Support cross-functional operations and additional business units as needed
Qualifications

Prior management experience in final mile delivery, logistics, transportation, or a related field

Proven ability to lead teams in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards

Proficiency with routing, scheduling, and reporting software
