Agentic AI Developer

100% Remote Agentic AI Developer Client is looking for experienced Agentic AI Developer to support enterprise automation and conversational AI initiatives within a cutting-edge AI Operations team. This team has successfully deployed Moveworks with an AI chatbot and is now expanding to create next-generation agentic AI experiences that span systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, and O365. AI / Agentic AI Experience Hands on keyboard engineer/developer Familiar with APIs, MCP, and A2A MCP an A2A is very new so this may be tricky Experience with ServiceNow, Moveworks, Google Agent Space, Workday, Aternity, Tanium, O365, and Postman is preferred From a culture perspective we re looking for someone Hungry, Humble, and Smart. Agentic AI Experience: This means working with autonomous AI agents capable of initiating, planning, and executing tasks beyond simple chatbots. Think of multi-step problem solvers that use tools like APIs, databases, or external systems to get work done. Must have APIs: Creating, integrating, and orchestrating them (key to agentic systems). MCP (Multi-Channel Platform): Likely relates to systems that communicate across Slack, Teams, email, etc. A2A (Agent-to-Agent): Refers to coordination between AI agents for task completion this is new, so even adjacent experience is valuable. ServiceNow, Moveworks, Google Agent Space, Workday, Aternity, Tanium, O365, Postman tools/systems their AI solutions must interact with. 8+ years of hands-on software engineering or automation development experience. Demonstrated experience building or integrating AI agents or workflows using platforms like Moveworks, Google Agent Space, or similar. Proficiency in scripting or backend languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Node.js). Deep understanding of REST APIs and secure API orchestration across systems. Familiarity with enterprise IT ecosystems, including Workday, ServiceNow, O365, and endpoint monitoring tools. Experience working with agentic architectures or autonomous task agents (LangChain, ReAct, AutoGPT, etc.). AI/ML development experience or experience with AI Ops tools. Develop, test, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of interacting with enterprise systems via APIs. Build multi-step workflows that agents can execute across systems (e.g., ServiceNow ? Workday ? Teams). Design and integrate with Multi-Channel Platforms (MCP) for seamless communication across Slack, Teams, and Email. Explore and develop early use cases of A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and platform teams to ensure safe and scalable AI agent operations. Leverage tools like Postman, Tanium, Aternity, and ServiceNow for integration and debugging.
