Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Executive (AP/AR) role based in Bengaluru. The Accounts Executive will manage accounts payable and receivable activities, including processing vendor invoices, verifying expense reports, and ensuring timely payments and collections. The role involves preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities. The Accounts Executive will support finance reporting, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve account discrepancies. The individual will also help improve financial processes and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to interpret and apply basic accounting principles.
- Must have experience working in SAP
- Hands-on experience with Journal Entries (Accounting) and maintenance of general ledgers.
- Ability to manage and review Expense Reports with attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for reconciliations, variance analysis, and problem-solving in AP/AR processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Prior experience in AP/AR or general accounting roles, preferably in FMCG, healthcare, or wellness sectors.
