🚀 We’re Hiring: Manager – Accounts & Tax | Andheri East, Mumbai
We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to join our team as Manager – Accounts & Tax. If you have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, and compliance along with a passion for process improvement and automation, this role is for you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Reporting
• Bookkeeping, accounting entries & ledger management
• Reconciliations – BRS, debtors, creditors, inter-party, TDS & GST
• Finalization of books of accounts
• Preparation of Monthly / Quarterly / Annual MIS reports
Tax & Regulatory Compliance
• ITR filings (ITR 1–7) and income tax portal compliances
• TDS/TCS compliances, advance tax computation, Form 15CA/15CB
• GST returns, reconciliations, annual returns, LUT & refunds
• Profession Tax and other statutory compliances
Audit & Client Coordination
• Liaising with statutory & tax auditors
• Providing regulatory updates and advisory to clients
Automation & Process Efficiency
• Driving automation initiatives
• Implementing SOPs, systems & checklists
• Leveraging technology for efficient reporting
🔹 Key Skills
• Strong accounting & financial reporting knowledge
• Expertise in Income Tax, TDS/TCS & GST
• Financial statement preparation & analysis
• Team handling & client relationship management
• Process improvement & automation mindset
🎓 Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Post Graduate / CA Inter
💼 Experience: Relevant experienced candidates only
💰 CTC: As per industry standards
