Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Accounts Receivables Analyst at our client's company. The Accounts Receivables Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and managing billing processes, preparing and monitoring invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role also involves analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy, preparing regular reports, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with relevant teams to optimize receivables processes. Strong communication skills will be essential for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in billing processes and invoicing
- Strong analytical skills and experience in financial data analysis
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration
- Understanding of finance and accounting concepts
- Proficiency in accounting and invoicing software is a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in accounts receivables or similar roles is preferred
