Role Description

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing and managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing, payments, and account reconciliations. Key tasks include preparing financial reports, performing audits of receivable accounts, analyzing billing discrepancies, and collaborating with other departments to resolve client inquiries and financial discrepancies effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Finance and Accounting, with solid knowledge of accounts receivable processes.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Auditing procedures.
• Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills related to financial data and business operations.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple financial workflows efficiently.
• Experience working with accounting software and ERP systems is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or service industry is a plus.
