The OTC Support L6 role is critical in driving cash results and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. As a key member of the Finance Operations team, you will take full ownership of cash collection processes, building strong and effective relationships with a diverse customer base. This position requires a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills to deliver on business targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Your expertise in Accounts Payable and domain-relevant processes will be central to achieving operational excellence. The role demands an entrepreneurial attitude, the ability to work independently, and an active commitment to team collaboration. Candidates should be prepared to work in a hybrid model (60% work from office) in Gurgaon, with night shift flexibility for one of the roles.
