Role Description
This full-time, on-site Accounts Receivable Specialist role is based in Gurgaon. The primary responsibilities include managing debt collections, preparing and issuing invoices, analyzing financial data, and reconciling accounts. Additional tasks involve liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure timely payments and resolving discrepancies. The role demands attention to accuracy, adherence to financial regulations, and the ability to maintain records and documentation effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and resolve discrepancies
- Background in Finance, including knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Debt Collection practices and processes
- Experience with Invoicing and account reconciliation
- Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
- Attention to detail and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with ERP systems or similar financial tools is a plus
