Key Responsibilities
• Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and collections from clients.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on overdue payments, and resolve client disputes efficiently.
• Prepare aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and receivables updates for senior management.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to reconcile accounts and address client concerns.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce payment cycles.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Qualification & Skills
• Finance/Commerce background with 6+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Perseverance and resilience with the ability to handle collections effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
