We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a high-growth team supporting global healthcare clients. This role offers strong exposure to US healthcare processes, payer interactions, and end-to-end revenue cycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance payers to resolve outstanding claims and ensure timely payments
- Analyze denials, underpayments, and payment discrepancies and take corrective action
- Prepare and submit appeals for denied or unpaid claims
- Identify root causes of delays and collaborate with teams to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and track account status updates
Skills & Requirements
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, collections, or billing preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare/RCM processes, denials, or claims management is a plus
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data handling
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
