Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing and tracking incoming payments, maintaining customer payment records, generating invoices, performing debt collection activities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. The role involves handling day-to-day receivables functions while ensuring efficient cash flow and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess and process financial data accurately
- Knowledge of finance principles and practical experience handling accounts receivable processes
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
- Experience with debt collection and invoicing procedures
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools is preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a structured, on-site environment in Hyderabad
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage
