CorroHealth is excited to announce that we are hiring for the position of
Executive / Sr Executive – AR Callers at our Noida location.
About the Role
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduation
- 1 to 5 years' experience in AR Calling
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Experience in Physician or Hospital Billing
- Skills in CMS 1500 or UB04
- Extensive knowledge of Denials management and Accounts Receivable fundamentals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience in generating reports using MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to work continuously in night shifts
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the RCM process, ensuring timely and accurate claim submission to insurance carriers and clearinghouses
- Analyze data and generate reports to improve revenue generation and client satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing queries and providing updates on Accounts Receivable performance
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members
- Manage conflict effectively
- Oversee inventory and cash flow
- Identify trends and reduce aged Accounts Receivable
Required Skills

Pay range and compensation package
- Joining Bonus up to 15k
- 2-way Cab facility provided
- Fixed Week offs
